Hello fellow Reed students! Today I’m going to review the new Super Smash Bros. DLC, Piranha Plant. If you don’t know what a DLC is, it’s downloadable content for games, that usually have more gameplay or other types of things that come with it. This character has been one of the most hyped things in the gaming world for a while, and has had a great turnout. This guy packs a punch, with a lot of his attacks dealing 20 to 70 damage a hit, and his poison cloud is the most devastating. The final detail about him is that he’s slow. This factor makes a lot of characters hard to use, and generally makes them bad. But Piranha Plant is an exception, because of one specific attack he has: his side tilt. This tilt is probably the best in the game due to its damage and range. This makes long range fighting a breeze against sword characters. So if you have him, I suggest you give him a try. In all, I would give this DLC a good 8/10, because Piranha Plant is a bit overpowered. See you when the next notable DLC comes out!
