Being a leader is something most people want to be. But it isn’t as easy as it would appear, so what can you do to be a good leader?
1. Encourage creativity and new ideas. People love a leader who listens and makes them feel like they matter, so make sure you take everybody's ideas seriously.
2. Learn good qualities. You should act how you want others to act, so set a good example. Most often people will treat you how they want to be treated.
3. Be confident! If you aren’t confident in your choices than other people won’t be either.
4. Make sure you get to know everyone. If you are all friendly and people feel like they can trust you the better it is!
5. Take responsibility. If you said you would do something, then do it. Don’t put things off till later. If you did something wrong then make sure you admit your mistakes.
That is all! Make sure that next time you have a group project you are the best leader you can be. Don't forget, you are all on the same team!
