How to Get Around at Walter Reed

The bell has rung and class has started. But a knock on the door stops the class. A random student opens the door and a late student comes in. The student comes to the teacher and starts to explain why he was late. Who was to blame but the bell! Every day students come into the classroom after the bell, and say it wasn't their fault.

I can understand this because when I look at a map of the school everything a student might need is so far away! But recently I have discovered a way to get around from the top of the A-building to the top of the B-building. A door from each building opens to the top of an intersection of the A-building and B-building. I discovered this passage when I looked up at the A-building and saw two students looking down at all the other students. This could be a very helpful tool for some kids.

Nadya couldn’t wait. She was going all the way to Australia with her parents and her best friend, Charity, to see the Great Barrier Reef!...
