So, the Steven Universe: The Movie, at least for me, was a blast. I’m still listening to the songs from it every night, like Pearl Reboot, True Kinda Love, and Other Friends. To be entirely honest, I really like Spinel. She’s got the best villain opening ever in my opinion. Opening up with the universe’s largest injector, and destroying the Amethyst, Garnet and Pearl in a fight, pretty epic. It just blew me away. So, through the movie, there were tons of songs. Given it was a musical, I really didn’t mind. But as always, Rebecca Sugar makes amazing songs, and all of them were just that. In all, in my opinion at least, Steven Universe: The Movie was a great movie and you should ALL watch it, no matter if you like Steven Universe or not, go watch it for the heck of it.
