The morning commute to Walter Reed Middle School starts at 7:00a, and ends around 8:00a. During this period of time, cars double park, speed, do not stop at stop signs, and on occasion end up having accidents!
There is outrageous traffic! Officer Galloway and a some other adults try to enforce the traffic laws. They try to keep it as as calm as they can, but it’s not enough, people still do a lot of illegal things.
When the war of cars ends, and when the students have gone into class, everything has calmed down, and the cars leave.
Wave two of the school commute begins hours later when pickup begins, as early as 2:00p. Even worse than before, they cars take forever to leave. There is a gigantic line of traffic down the road starting from Colfax, all the way down through Sarah ending at Moorpark.
There are some ways to stop this. If we can have more crossing guards and people to enforce the traffic, we can help the flow of traffic, and keep people from doing illegal things. We just need as much help as we can get, to stop reed traffic for good.

I think that this is a great article! I have to drive about 40 minutes to school every day and I am always almost late because of this problem. Our school really needs a solution!
nice
I walk to school everyday and I almost got hit by a car because they got rid of the crossing guard for Moorpark!
cool
