Warning: This has a lot of spoilers on the game so if you don’t want spoilers play the game first.
I know I’m late to the party but I’ve been busy, playing this amazing game! It is called “The Legend Of Zelda, Links Awakening” and it is awesome. Well technically, it’s a remake of the 1993 original Links Awakening that came out on the Gameboy. It also came out the same day as the Switch Lite, which I don’t think is a coincidence because the Gameboy was a hand held system and the Switch Lite is too. Anyways lets get into the game itself. You start off by waking up at a beach with another female character that wakes you up. When you get up you see an egg that is plugging up the hole in a volcano. You are sent to hatch it. I don’t know all of what happens but all I know is that you can do dungeons to get more health. You go inside the egg and it’s a dungeon. When you fight the boss and defeat him you meet a whale and it makes the island invisible. He blasts you back to the ocean and if you don’t die once in the entire game, you get a secret cut scene that shows that in that links timeline, he is in love with the girl who woke you up in the beginning of the game. I also forgot to mention that you can steal stuff from the store at the start of the game, but if you do he kills you if you go back in, so you have to do it in a certain way. That’s the game and I highly recommend it.
