Walter Reed’s ASB Elections for WRMS 2019-2020 school year occurred this past week on September 6, 2019. The student council consists of the following positions: President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Historian. There are also grade level representatives. Our wonderful ASB Advisor is Ms. Bugyik, and this is her fifth year in this role.
The 2019-2020 election results are:
President: Alex Lee - 8th grade
Vice President: Emma Shultz- 8th grade
Secretary: Andrew Lee- 7th grade
Treasurer: Bee Shin- 8th grade
Historian: Jerry Yang- 6th grade
These officers, as well as grade level representatives will approve or reject ideas for school additions, such as clubs, equipment, events, or many potential changes in the school. Some events led by student council are dances and Halloween parade, amongst many others.
